OUR SERVICES

We were established in 2005 and have built an excellent reputation for providing a professional and cost-effective service. Supplying Industrial consumables & tools. We have 2 locations, in Newark & Lincoln. Our shop in Newark, open to trade & public & our Repair & Service Centre in Lincoln. We stock & supply a vast range of products covering Power Tools, Air Tools, Nailers, Fixings, Hand Tools, Welding, Abrasives, Adhesives, PPE, Workwear, Janitorial & more. We only employ factory-trained technicians to ensure the quality of our repairs. We supply new Power tools, including Dewalt, Bosch, Flex, Mafell, Makita, Metabo, and many other well-known brands and service all major brands. We hold a large stock of spare parts for major brands together with brushes, chucks and drive belts. We have established routes across the region for our Vans to collect & deliver repairs & consumables.

Repairs & Services

At PTS we repair and service a wide range of tools including but not exclusive to; Power Tools, Air Tools, Breakers, Generators, Gas & Air Nail Guns, Pressure Washers, Vacuums, Heaters & more. Our technicians are accredited to repair and service the following brands Dewalt, Parweld, Makita, Hikoki, Trend, Bosch, Milwaukee and more.

Our fully trained technicians will repair and service your tools as required. We only repair using the highest quality replacement parts and are therefore able to offer a no quibble 3-month warranty.

Pickup & Delivery Service

We offer a weekly Pickup and Delivery service across the East Midlands area.

We aim to provide a quote within 48 hours of the tool arriving in our Workshop. There is a small £15 inspect and quote fee, which is discounted from the final invoice if the repair goes ahead. We include a 3 month warranty on parts and labour. There is approximately 60 years worth of experience in our field of expertise, so we are the first and last port of call for customers in the East Midlands.

We are part of the National buying group Troy UK/THS Tools, which gives us access to a vast range of suppliers at nationally competitive prices. We can supply everything from ladders and safety equipment, through to welding supplies, maintenance chemicals, shim steel and cement mixers, with all kinds of tools, abrasives, fixings and fittings in between.
